Food-grade dry storage
Our ambient zone at YYZ-2 stores product that does not need refrigeration. That includes packaged and shelf-stable food, beverages, pharmaceutical and health products, and other dry goods. It is a food-grade space run to the same standards as our cooler. The building is monitored 24/7, inspected daily and covered by a documented pest control program.
Because YYZ-2 also has cooler space at 0–4 °C, brands with both chilled and shelf-stable items can keep everything in one building. They get one appointment schedule, one inventory portal and one weekly invoice. Orders that combine chilled and dry items can be picked and shipped together. When dry volume peaks, our 54,940 sq ft overflow facility at YYZ-3 in Etobicoke, a short drive from YYZ-2, adds room without a second provider.
Every pallet is tracked by lot and expiry date and shipped first-expired, first-out. Pick/pack, case picking, labelling and kitting are available in the same building.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What can be stored in ambient space?
Shelf-stable food, beverages, pharmaceutical and health products, and other dry goods that are stored at room temperature. Tell us about your product and its storage requirements in the quote form.
Can you handle allergen or organic products?
Yes. We keep segregated allergen areas and are certified for organic handling. Tell us about allergens and certifications in your quote request so we can plan where your product is stored.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
How do deliveries work?
Receiving and shipping are by appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance. Carriers delivering to YYZ-2 in Toronto can book a dock appointment online. For YYZ-3 and YYZ-4, call 877-361-2576. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
