Cooler storage

Our cooler space at YYZ-2 in Toronto and YYZ-4 in Mississauga keeps product between 0 and 4 °C. It is built for chilled food, dairy, beverages and other perishables that must stay cold without freezing. Temperatures are monitored 24/7, the building is inspected daily, and temperature logs are available on request.

Cooler product is racked by pallet and tracked by lot and expiry date. Orders ship first-expired, first-out. Allergen products are kept in segregated areas, and we are certified for organic handling.

Common questions

Is there a minimum?

Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.

How is storage billed?

Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.

Can you handle allergen or organic products?

Yes. We keep segregated allergen areas and are certified for organic handling. Tell us about allergens and certifications in your quote request so we can plan where your product is stored.

Do you offer frozen storage?

Frozen storage at −18 °C is coming with our planned 60,000 sq ft freezer facility in Niagara Falls, built for large-scale projects. If you have frozen volume, choose Frozen in the quote form and we will contact you as capacity comes online.

Do you store pharmaceutical products?

Yes. We store pharmaceutical product in our monitored facilities and provide temperature logs on request for your quality records. Our operation is audited and approved by pharmaceutical customers. Tell us your required temperature range in the quote form.

How fast can we start?

Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
