YYZ-3 at 130 Claireville Drive in Etobicoke is our overflow facility: 54,940 sq ft with 20 ft clear height and about 1.1 million cubic feet of dry storage space. It is a short drive from our main Toronto facility, YYZ-2, so overflow inventory stays under the same team, the same online portal and the same weekly invoice.
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle, so you pay for the weeks you use. Accounts start at 100 pallets. When you need product out, we pick and ship it, or bring it back to YYZ-2 for picking alongside your other stock.
Chilled overflow goes into our cooler space at YYZ-2 in Toronto or YYZ-4 in Mississauga at 0–4 °C, subject to space.

Carriers need an appointment for every delivery and pickup. YYZ-2 appointments can be booked online; YYZ-3 and YYZ-4 are booked by phone.

Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What is short-term storage useful for?
Seasonal peaks, production runs that land before retail orders, product launches, import arrivals, and inventory you need to move out of your own building during a renovation or relocation.
Can short-term storage be cold?
Yes, subject to space. Chilled product goes in our cooler at YYZ-2 or YYZ-4 at 0–4 °C. Dry overflow goes to YYZ-3 in Etobicoke or the ambient zone at YYZ-2.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
How do deliveries work?
Receiving and shipping are by appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance. Carriers delivering to YYZ-2 in Toronto can book a dock appointment online. For YYZ-3 and YYZ-4, call 877-361-2576. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
