Cold and ambient storage for beverage brands
Beer is sensitive to heat and time. Craft and unpasteurized beer keeps its flavour longer when it stays cold from the brewery to the store shelf. Our cooler space at YYZ-2 in Toronto and YYZ-4 in Mississauga holds product between 0 and 4 °C, with temperatures monitored 24/7 and logs available on request.
Shelf-stable beer, cider, seltzers and other packaged beverages can be stored in our food-grade ambient space at YYZ-2. Brands that carry both cold and shelf-stable items keep everything in one building, under one account and one weekly invoice.
Wine and spirits have their own storage needs. Tell us your product and the temperature range it requires, and we confirm which of our spaces fits before we quote.
Beverage orders move fast and in mixed quantities. We pick by the full pallet, the case or the unit for retail, licensee and distributor orders. Every pallet is tracked by lot and best-before date, and orders ship first-expired, first-out, so older stock leaves first. Need a brewery-to-warehouse shuttle? We can arrange shuttle moves between your plant and our facilities.

Carriers need an appointment for every delivery and pickup. YYZ-2 appointments can be booked online; YYZ-3 and YYZ-4 are booked by phone.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What is your order cutoff?
Orders received by 10:00 AM ship the following day.
Can you keep beer cold?
Yes. Our cooler space at YYZ-2 in Toronto and YYZ-4 in Mississauga holds product between 0 and 4 °C, monitored 24/7. Shelf-stable beer can also go in ambient space at YYZ-2.
Can you pick cases for retail and licensee orders?
Yes. We pick by the full pallet, the case or the unit, and can label orders to your customers' requirements.
Do you track best-before dates?
Yes. Every pallet is tracked by lot and best-before or expiry date, and orders ship first-expired, first-out. You can see lots and dates in the online inventory portal.
Can you store wine and spirits?
Tell us your product and the temperature range it needs in the quote form. We confirm which of our spaces fits before we quote.
