Prebiotic and functional sodas
Prebiotic, probiotic and functional sodas move fast and in many flavours. Some are shelf-stable and some need refrigeration. We store refrigerated SKUs in our cooler at 0–4 °C and shelf-stable cans and bottles in our food-grade ambient space at YYZ-2, so your whole range sits in one building under one account.
Every pallet is tracked by flavour, lot and best-before date. We pick by the case for retail and distributor orders, build variety packs and mixed cases, and apply retail-ready labels on site.

Kombucha and cultured drinks
Kombucha, kefir drinks, probiotic shots and other live-culture beverages keep fermenting when they warm up. That changes taste and carbonation and shortens shelf life. We hold them in our cooler at 0–4 °C, monitored 24/7, with temperature logs available on request for your quality records.
Short shelf lives need tight rotation. We pick first-expired, first-out on every order, so the oldest stock ships first and your retailers receive product with the most days left to sell.

Cold-pressed juice and fresh beverages
Cold-pressed juice and other fresh beverages have some of the shortest shelf lives in grocery. They need to stay cold and move quickly. We store them at 0–4 °C, receive by appointment, and pick by the case or the unit for grocery, retail and foodservice orders the same way, every time.
Need product moved from your plant? We can arrange shuttle moves between your plant and our facilities. Short-dated stock is always shipped first.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What is your order cutoff?
Orders received by 10:00 AM ship the following day.
How fast can you trace a lot for a recall?
Under 2 hours. Every pallet is tracked by item, lot and expiry date from receiving to shipping, so we can tell you where a lot is and where it went quickly.
Do kombucha and other live-culture drinks need to stay cold?
Most live-culture drinks keep fermenting if they warm up, which changes taste and carbonation. We store them in our cooler at 0–4 °C with 24/7 temperature monitoring, and temperature logs are available on request.
Can you store both refrigerated and shelf-stable sodas?
Yes. Refrigerated sodas and drinks go in our cooler at 0–4 °C. Shelf-stable cans and bottles go in our food-grade ambient space at YYZ-2, under the same account and weekly invoice.
Do you track best-before dates?
Yes. Every pallet is tracked by lot and best-before or expiry date, and orders ship first-expired, first-out. You can see lots and dates in the online inventory portal.
Can you pick mixed cases and variety packs?
Yes. We pick by the pallet, the case or the unit, and build variety packs, kits and retail-ready labels on site.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
