Cooler and ambient storage in one building
Many food and beverage brands carry both chilled and shelf-stable items. At YYZ-2 both can sit in the same building. That means one receiving appointment, one inventory portal and one weekly invoice. The cooler holds product between 0 and 4 °C. The ambient zone holds food-grade dry product at room temperature.
With 28 ft of clear height, YYZ-2 offers about 1.2 million cubic feet of storage space. That leaves room for seasonal peaks and for new items as your range grows. Product is stored in racked pallet positions and tracked by item, lot and expiry date from the moment it is received.
Our team handles the work around storage as well. That includes case picking and pick/pack for retail and foodservice orders, relabelling and kitting, and cross docking for loads that are only passing through. Every pick follows first-expired, first-out rotation, and our order accuracy is 98.9%.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
Can you handle allergen or organic products?
Yes. We keep segregated allergen areas and are certified for organic handling. Tell us about allergens and certifications in your quote request so we can plan where your product is stored.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
What is your order cutoff?
Orders received by 10:00 AM ship the following day.
How do deliveries work?
Receiving and shipping are by appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance. Carriers delivering to YYZ-2 in Toronto can book a dock appointment online. For YYZ-3 and YYZ-4, call 877-361-2576. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
