Food-grade warehouse for food brands in Toronto
Cold and ambient storage for dairy, cultured and plant-based foods and packaged, natural and organic products in the GTA. Built to GMP standards, with segregated allergen areas, certified organic handling and lot tracking on every pallet.
0–4 °C · Allergen-segregated
Dairy, cultured and plant-based foods
Yogurt, kefir, cheese, plant-based milks and spreads and other cultured foods are stored in our cooler at 0–4 °C. Many plant-based products contain nuts, soy or other allergens. We keep allergen products in segregated areas and track every pallet by lot, so a recall can be traced quickly.
We are certified for organic handling, which matters for organic and natural brands whose certification depends on every link in the supply chain. Short-dated products ship first-expired, first-out.

Ambient
Packaged, natural and organic foods
Shelf-stable foods, snacks, sauces, dry goods and natural products are stored in our food-grade ambient space at YYZ-2 in Toronto, with overflow space at YYZ-3 in Etobicoke for seasonal peaks. The same pest control program, security and lot tracking apply as in our cooler.
Brands with both chilled and shelf-stable items can keep everything in one building at YYZ-2, under one account and one weekly invoice. Orders that combine chilled and dry items can be picked and shipped together.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What is your order cutoff?
Orders received by 10:00 AM ship the following day.
How fast can you trace a lot for a recall?
Under 2 hours. Every pallet is tracked by item, lot and expiry date from receiving to shipping, so we can tell you where a lot is and where it went quickly.
Can you handle allergen or organic products?
Yes. We keep segregated allergen areas and are certified for organic handling. Tell us about allergens and certifications in your quote request so we can plan where your product is stored.
Do you track best-before dates?
Yes. Every pallet is tracked by lot and best-before or expiry date, and orders ship first-expired, first-out. You can see lots and dates in the online inventory portal.
Can you store yogurt, kefir and other cultured foods?
Yes. Cultured dairy and plant-based products are stored in our cooler at 0–4 °C, tracked by lot and best-before date, and shipped first-expired, first-out.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
