We store full pallets in selective racking at YYZ-2 in Toronto, YYZ-3 in Etobicoke and YYZ-4 in Mississauga. Together they offer 15,777 pallet positions and about 2.5 million cubic feet of space. Choose cooler storage at 0–4 °C at either facility, or ambient storage at YYZ-2 in Toronto, with overflow dry space at YYZ-3 in Etobicoke.
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle, so your cost follows your inventory. Accounts start at 100 pallets. When you need product out, we pick by the full pallet, the case or the unit, following first-expired, first-out rotation.
Pallet storage works well for brands that need overflow space around production runs, seasonal build-ups or new retail listings. It also suits importers who need a GTA base between the port or border and their customers.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
What is your order cutoff?
Orders received by 10:00 AM ship the following day.
How many pallets will I need?
Use our pallet estimator: enter the cases you ship per month, cases per pallet and the weeks of stock you keep on hand.
Can I store both chilled and dry pallets?
Yes. YYZ-2 in Toronto has cooler and ambient zones in one building, so both can be stored under one account. YYZ-4 in Mississauga is cooler only.
Can I see my pallets online?
Yes. Every customer gets access to an online inventory portal showing stock on hand by item, lot and expiry date, plus receipts and orders.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
How do deliveries work?
Receiving and shipping are by appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance. Carriers delivering to YYZ-2 in Toronto can book a dock appointment online. For YYZ-3 and YYZ-4, call 877-361-2576. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
