Our YYZ-4 facility at 6665 Tomken Road is a food-grade cold storage warehouse that holds chilled product between 0 and 4 °C. It is monitored 24/7 and built to GMP standards, with pick/pack, labelling and lot tracking on site.
What we handle
Refrigerated storage at 0–4 °C
YYZ-4 is a dedicated cooler. Product arrives by appointment, is checked against your paperwork, and goes into racked pallet positions inside the refrigerated space. The facility suits chilled food, dairy, beverages and other products that must stay cold but not frozen. It also holds pharmaceutical product that fits within the cooler range, with temperature records you can use in your quality audits.
Each pallet is tracked by item, lot and expiry date. When you place an order we pick first-expired, first-out, so older stock ships before newer stock. Orders can be picked by the full pallet, by the case or by the unit, then labelled to your customer's requirements.
If you are looking for cold storage near Pearson or the 401 and 410 corridor, YYZ-4 is our Mississauga option. Larger volumes, or accounts that also need ambient storage, can use our Toronto facility, YYZ-2.

Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Storage accounts start at 100 pallets. If you are below that today but growing, tell us your forecast in the quote form.
How is storage billed?
Storage is billed per pallet on a weekly cycle. Handling and value-added services such as pick/pack or labelling are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use. We do not publish rates because every account is quoted on its volume and handling.
Can you handle allergen or organic products?
Yes. We keep segregated allergen areas and are certified for organic handling. Tell us about allergens and certifications in your quote request so we can plan where your product is stored.
How fast can we start?
Most new customers are receiving product within 1 to 2 weeks of approving their quote. That time covers setting up your items, labelling rules and portal access.
Do you offer frozen storage?
Frozen storage at −18 °C is coming with our planned 60,000 sq ft freezer facility in Niagara Falls, built for large-scale projects. If you have frozen volume, choose Frozen in the quote form and we will contact you as capacity comes online.
How do deliveries work?
Receiving and shipping are by appointment, booked at least 24 hours in advance. Carriers delivering to YYZ-2 in Toronto can book a dock appointment online. For YYZ-3 and YYZ-4, call 877-361-2576. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
